Friction Powered Micro Monsters

Here is a small line of, well, I suppose they're mecha-droid-dinos, Friction Powered Micro Monsters with Sparking Action and Movable Arms - now who could resist that? The first one looks to be derived from Spinosaurus. As I've never had him out of the package, I can only speculate as to what sparks - though I doubt that the sparks look much like those mysterious yellow death-rays shown in the package illustration.

The package tells us that it's made in China, and © Famus Corp., Brooklyn, NY.

But wait, there's more .... one derived from Dimetrodon, one from Stegosaurus, and a duo-tone mammoth on quad caterpillar tracks. It looks like the mammoth has a movable trunk, but I doubt that any parts of the other two move, despite the promise on the package.
